Ingredients:

  • 500 g Solmaz Sojuk
  • 4-6 whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Coarse black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Peel the casing and slice the Solmaz Sojuk
  2. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan
  3. Add Sojuk and cook until sizzling
  4. Spread Sojuk over the pan
  5. Crack the eggs into pan and cook and a pinch of salt
  6. Add Coarse Black Pepper to taste
